Peter is an expert in noise processes associated with the interaction of light with matter. With collaborators and his research group at Yale University, he demonstrated ultra-low phase-noise room-temperature micro cavities that perform nearly as well as larger cryogenic vacuum cavities but with a fraction of the size. He has made a range of contributions through collaborative work with industry, as a technical leader at Sandia National Laboratories, and in academia.

Greg is a growth-oriented technical leader and innovator with extensive experience in optics and photonics. He has demonstrated success building advanced research and technical organizations that move early-stage technology from the lab to manufacturing and into field applications. He has successfully led and managed engineering organizations within both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. He is a senior member of Optica and IEEE.
